Original Film AS has signed an agreement with Aschehoug Agency (Publishing House) to develop the novel Little Red Riding Hood by Unni Lindell in to a mini-TV drama series. Mrs. Lindell (b 1957) is the best selling author in the crime genre in Norway today. She is published also in Denmark, Sweden, Finland,Germany, Holland, Hungary and Poland.
The writer has put a modern twist to the immortal fairytale by the Grimm brothers. A Scandinavian contribution to the American rape-revenge genre. This time it is the other way around. Little Red Riding Hood goes to the woods to kill! No wolf that stand in here way will survive.
Original Film ’s motivation for the contract is of a fourkind; Story set in the Arctic, Strong dark female characters, Exceptional script, Best selling autor. The plan now is to build a strong Scandinavian team of talent that will appeal to the German TV market.
