Our base camp is Tromsø, the port to the Arctic, Paris of the North, the Capital of North Norway, 600 km north of the Arctic Circle, - at Tromsøya, a luminous oasis sheltered by powerful mountains, encircled by two stream straits, and the vast ocean as neighbour, - with the energy from the Gulf Stream, flaming aurora above the dark snowy winter landscape, and bright nights during summertime. We live and work in an area of contrasts, - and love it!
